July 8 COVID-19 Update

On July 7 Premier of Victoria, Dan Andrews announced stronger lockdown measures that will affect metropolitan Melbourne and Mitchell Shire due to spikes in COVID-19 cases. A return to Stage 3 lockdown measures will take effect at 11:59 pm, Wednesday 8 July 2020 and will be in place for six weeks until 19 August 2020.

Building and construction continues to be recognised as an essential service, and the team at Harmac Homes remains committed to providing exceptional service and delivering on the new home dreams of our customers. 

For the metropolitan lock down period, starting July 9 our display homes in Wollert, Mickleham, Thornhill Park, and Werribee are accessible via pre-booked Private Tour ONLY for family groups.

We ask our visitors to re-schedule if they are feeling unwell and to respect our social distancing and sanitisation provisions. It’s the perfect way for new home shopping with the home to yourself! 

Our display homes in Lara, Bendigo and Mt Duneed are outside of the lockdown zone and remain open for public browsing. Our social distancing and sanitisation provisions are also in place at these locations. 

Our office team are all equipped to work ‘business-as-usual’ from their homes, without any compromise to customer communications. Similarly, our construction sites continue as per normal progression timelines.
