Price Pause Promotion

Provide extended fixed pricing on any home sold from March 31/03/23 for the initial deposit with a site start date of no later than 6 months from the time of the initial deposit. In order to be eligible for the Price Pause offer, the Client must sign a HIA Building Contract with Harmac Homes ACN 26 310 969 568 as trustee for the Harmac Homes Victoria Unit Trust (CDB-U 58040). The site start must occur within 6 months of the initial deposit. The base house price and the fixed site costs are guaranteed upon signing of the HIA Building Contract.

If the commencement of the building works cannot be achieved within 6 months of the initial deposit due to clause 13 of the HIA Building Contract the agreed contingency applies: On single storey dwellings up to 25 sq an agreed contingency of $1500 per month will be charged to the client from the first day of the 7th month from the initial deposit date until Site Start. $2000 per month on single storey homes up to 25 sq, will be charged to the client from the first day of the 12th month from the initial deposit date until Site Start.

For single storey homes above 25 sq, after the first day of the 7th month, $2000 per month will be charged to the client as the agreed contingency. After 12 months, for single storey homes above 25sq, an agreed contingency of $2500 per month will be applied to the contract.

Double storey dwelling as of the first day of the 7th month require $2500 per month to be applied as the agreed contingency, every day after the 12th month from initial deposit date require an agreed contingency of $3000 per month.

The terms stated in the contingency for all home designs is limited to a maximum term of 36 months, it is at this time that the relevant contract will need to be reconsidered. The client acknowledges that any agreed damages will be added to the Base Stage claim.

Harmac Homes Pty Ltd ACN 614 573 349 as trustee for Harmac Homes Unit Trust (CDB-U 58040) (“Harmac Homes”) reserves the right to substitute or otherwise vary the make, model or type of any of the products within the standard inclusions without notice in the event that the Harmac Homes changes suppliers or due to the product being unavailable, no longer being compliant or being replaced with another product. These standard inclusions are not an offer or contract and may be specific to particular home design offerings. Potential purchasers should always make their own enquiries and refer to an applicable HIA Building Contract and design drawings. Any reference to the build process as described in these standard inclusions refers to a standard home design and is subject to customer-requested variations or delays caused by external parties, including but not limited to title approval and surveying. Harmac Homes and Harmac Constructions Pty Ltd ACN 611 217 577 as trustee for the Harmac Constructions Unit Trust expressly disclaim any and all liability relating to, or resulting from, the use or reliance on any information contained in these standard inclusions by any person. 30/06/2022 HAR21870.

 

T’s & C’s – Absolute Confidence

Absolute Confidence – Feel safe and secure with no initial payment for any new home sold from 1 May 2023.

To be eligible, an approved Resolve Finance health check must be completed. The client must sign the required preliminary paperwork within 14 days of the health check and sign a HIA building contract with Harmac Homes ACN 26 310 969 568 as trustee for the Harmac Homes Victoria Unit Trust (CDB-U 58040)(Harmac Homes). The 5% deposit will be payable within 5 days of Harmac Homes providing evidence of the Warranty Insurance and authority to commence construction.

T&C's - Golden Easter Egg Hunt

Eligibility:

  • This Golden Egg Hunt ("Campaign") is open to all participants 18 years of age and older residing in Victoria.

Campaign Period:

  • The Campaign will take place on 23 March 2024 at the Harmac Homes Donnybrook Display located at 9 Dandenong Way, Donnybrook.

How to Play:

  • Participants must physically attend the Harmac Homes Donnybrook Display on the specified date and time.
  • Multiple eggs will be hidden throughout the display area.
  • Participants may search for the eggs during the designated Campaign period.
  • Only one prize may be claimed per person.

Prizes:

  • One lucky participant will find a golden egg, awarding them a $5,000 voucher towards a new home at Aspire Gallery.
  • The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

General Conditions:

  • Harmac Homes reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the Campaign rules or engages in disruptive or inappropriate behavior.
