On August 2 and 3 Premier of Victoria, Dan Andrews announced stronger lockdown measures that will affect the full state of Victoria.
Domestic building and construction is among the industry category that is permitted to continue operation as a key contributor in the state’s economic recovery. As the Premier has stated, building and construction is the lifeblood of the Victorian economy.
The new restrictions, to take effect from 11:59pm Friday 7 August 2020, include changes to domestic construction work sites:

Home sites
For our clients with homes currently under construction, or scheduled to commence within this lock down period, your Client Liaison Co-ordinator will contact you to discuss any changes to your building timeline. As per our HIA contract, please don’t enter your home construction site at any time without prior agreement from your supervisor.
Warranty clients
Our Warranty Team is awaiting further clarification on the impact of Stage 4 Metropolitan restrictions and Stage 3 Regional restrictions, in relation to contractors attending multiple sites. We will communicate any changes to our program as soon as we can.
Display Homes
For the lockdown period duration, our 3 regional display locations at Armstrong Mt Duneed, Manzeene Lara and Elmwood Bendigo remain open for private appointments for single family groups per visit, these can be pre-booked by contacting 1300 640 180.
Our 4 metropolitan display homes at Harpley Werribee, Thornhill Park, Rathdowne Wollert and Botanical Mickleham will be temporarily closed for browsing. All of our display homes can be viewed in 3D by visiting our website. Our sales team can meet with you on FaceTime, Skype, Zoom or whatever medium suits your needs. Customer design work, quoting and contract preparation continues uninterrupted.
Suppliers & Trades
We will work with you individually to formulate action plans to ensure we all work safely within the new site guidelines in regards to construction and delivery.
