Harmac Homes Fast Track 6 Weeks is available for site starts in a limited selection of months. Clients must have receipted titles by close of the month prior. Land must be in accordance with Harmac Homes construction criteria and be within the Harmac Homes build region. A deposit of $1,500 is required, with Sales Acceptance within 7 days and contract signed within 14 days. Fast Track 6 weeks commences from contract signing. No structural variations (excluding Harmac Homes Designer options) to the plan are permitted.
