Harmac Homes has implemented a range of adapted processes in alignment with advice from health authorities and Government departments as we continue to prioritise the wellbeing of the wider community, including our team, partners and stakeholders.
Business operations:
We have ceased group face-to-face meetings, utilising online video resources and have equipped staff to work from home where possible.
Construction sites:
Our work sites are continuing with construction, with the following modifications;
✓ Limiting access to building sites to essential workers only
✓ Applying the 1 person per 4 square metre rule
✓ Limiting any external visitors or third parties
✓ All people displaying cold, flu or similar symptoms must stay away
✓ Any person who has been overseas must not attend building sites for 14 days after return
✓ Minimised people on site with designated work zones
Display homes:
Our display homes are open for pre-booked private tours, alternatively they can be viewed online with 3D tours from our website.
Our sales team is available on the phone, email or video conferencing.
